2. Service Description
Owosh provides a movie rental service that allows users to rent movies on a pay-per-view basis.
- Movies are rented individually on a pay-per-view basis
- Each rented movie is available for a limited time
Once a movie is rented, access is granted for three (3) days from the date of rental.
3. Rental Terms
i. Rental Period
- Each rented movie is accessible for three (3) days from the time of rental
ii. Rental Fees
- Rental fees are displayed on the movie page before purchase
iii. Payment
- Users must fund their wallet using a valid payment method accepted by Owosh
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
iv. Access
- Access to rented content is provided through the user’s account
4. Use of the Service
The Service is provided strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
i. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or display content without permission
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
ii. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity under your account is your responsibility
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Service is owned by or licensed to Owosh and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Movies, images, text, and logos are protected content
- Users are granted a limited license for personal viewing only
No ownership rights are transferred to users through use of the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
- All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law
7. Limitation of Liability
Owosh shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded
- Use of the Service is at your own risk
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time.
- Access may be terminated without prior notice
- Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
- Jurisdiction applies within Lagos State where applicable
